When someone needs you, will you be there…will you be present and offer yourself up for the occasion? Will you see yourself as the one who can help? If the silent pleas you can feel emanating from someones chest can’t seem to travel up and out through their mouths to form words, but you still know with all you heart your help is what they are asking for…tell me will you turn a blind eye to their cries? Will you pretend you don’t hear what they are asking for? Will you reject their so-called neediness or will you take a chance and embrace the being standing in front of you?

Will you recognize that as you reach out to touch another person that the creative act means you are simultaneously loving that broken
place in yourself, and for that matter the entire human race. because you know what you are seeing, what you are experiencing… what you are witnessing, may just happen to be you someday… probably HAS happened to you many times in your life where you wished for someone to pay attention and to see you as you really are.

Yes, you will take that risk that you may have not been able to before because you now realize that it is your only choice…and any situation you may encounter is designed soley for one purpose…to respond with all the love in your heart…the love for them, the love for you, the love you “have” then grows and expands past any boundaries within yourself that you may have grown to restrict within yourself.

Being compassionate, being sensitive, and GIVING are each qualities you were born with. Learning to love organically, learning to live with vulnerability is the only real thing we will ever be able to hold onto in this world. All else is fleeting but L O V E.

Selfish – Self-less
Neither words define or pull me…I know who I am and which thoughts I will entertain, it is my mind and I choose. I have no room to allow energy to form around either. I accept myself, and I trust myself, I know where I have been and I honor where I am going…to the beautiful realm of the in-between. I remain hopelessly in love with the in between of everything, for this is my home.

We have a choice in all that we do. Every moment of every day we consciously or subconsciously decide who we are, which statements reflect us and what and who we fully listen to. The fact that there are many constant streams of information flowing towards us means that discernment is a very necessary practice that we must hold sacred. In order to benefit in this activity we must use or intuition or our inner guide that assists us in understanding who we really are. To understand the power of our own creativity through the art of manifestation we must sit, relax, and meditate. It’s all connected you see.

I encourage you to ask yourself the question today, as I also ask myself…where do I place my energy? Do my activities, do my thoughts represent me? And if you find places in which there is energy being misplaced…fret not, you have the very next moment to choose to do something differently that will…and that is beautiful…that is the Gift of Life.

Evidence is much more valuable than proof. Evidence offers time and space and a chance to consider, a chance to examine and discern between what is real and what is illusion.

I have recognized a place inside of me that rejects manipulation, and that feeling is good because I know I’ve tolerated much of it in my past…enough to know I never need to entertain it again this lifetime.

Permission to End Self Persecution.

Do you believe you have the right to ask for mercy? Do you believe you have been punished harshly enough in your life for your “wrong-doings”? and if not… When will it be enough? and what if instead of the aspect of God or other people…your ex, your brother, your boss, your children… what if instead of others being at the hand of your execution…what if the person wearing the black hood, holding the axe was… you?

That may hurt for a second…but that awareness can do more than hurt you…awareness can be your saving grace because as soon as you realize that YOU are capable of doing more damage to yourself than anyone…then, you can also realize that you are also the one who can offer yourself the largest amount of unconditional love..better than anyone. Maybe the love you have always wanted…the love you have always dreamed of having in your relationships with other people now can now, finally begin where it needs to…with yourself. And that need, that void, the hole you feel in your heart that you feel you need to fill with something or someone can be healed. It can be filled and sealed with light and self love.

I love this moment I love every moment, even the moments that are filled with pain and discomfort…because I know that life is filled with all kinds of moments, all kinds of moments and feelings that are temporary…for nothing was ever intended to STAY… and instead of choosing to live through each of the challenging moments…clutching ever so tightly in desperation to what IS,
I would rather release the ever so tightly held grip and just float into what’s next…because I know this is the way I will stay THERE for the least amount of time and come back home.

The difference between someone who is smart and someone who is wise is intuition. Answer always to what your body, mind and spirit are telling you before concerning yourself with someone else’s needs. Having that practice doesn’t say you are selfish it says the love you have inside starts with you. Holding this intention for yourself says worlds about the respect, the honor and the love you have for yourself and when you stop second guessing the love you have for yourself all else becomes possible.

You can connect with anyone at any time and space by recalling how they feel to you, or how you feel about them or how you felt in a moment and you do that energetically.

What if I told you that creative energy source was all there is and all there ever was, would you believe me? What if I told you that whichever kind of energy you choose to cultivate would manifest your world and your looking glass…would you believe me then? What if I told that you were/are a creator and that your thoughts, words and overall intention can make a flower bloom or wilt, would you come to understand your own personal power? What if I told you to ask your inner guide if any of these statements were true for yourself, would you choose to answer from your heart or your head?
